These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WHAASS application and services operated by WHAASS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

WHAASS is a WhatsApp Business communication platform that helps businesses manage templates, campaigns, contacts, flows, automation, phone numbers, and customer communication from one workspace.

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account activity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

• Use the services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform or networks.
• Do not upload or transmit illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not misuse WhatsApp messaging for spam, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.

WHAASS helps you create and manage WhatsApp templates, automation flows, broadcasts, contact lists, and customer journeys. You are responsible for ensuring your templates, campaigns, and messages comply with applicable laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, and customer consent requirements.

• Do not use WHAASS for spam, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other gateways.
• We do not store full card details; payment authorization is handled by the payment provider.
• Refunds, if applicable, follow our merchant policy and applicable law. Please review your plan or order before paying.

WHAASS may integrate with third-party services including WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook, hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment gateways. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, or policy changes of third-party services.

You retain ownership of your templates, messages, flows, contact data, and other content that you create or upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit such content only as needed to provide the service.

The WHAASS platform, including its interface, features, software, branding, workflows, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.

Your use of WHAASS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process account data, contact data, campaign data, chat metadata, payment-related information, and other personal data.

• The services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the services, your content, your campaigns, your customer messaging, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, create risk for WHAASS or other users, or engage in suspected fraud, spam, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

We may modify features or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
