How the Zapier WhatsApp integration works

Every zap has a trigger in the app where the lead starts, and an action that hands the lead to WHAASS. The action is Webhooks by Zapier → POST to the WHAASS lead capture API, signed with your WHAASS API key. WHAASS adds the person to a contact list and, if you choose an approved template, sends them a WhatsApp message straight away.
